Introduction
Welcome to Under One Roof. One of the challenges of being a provider of any sort is finding the time to connect with other providers with diverse skill sets. For instance, at the end of an assessment, there might be multiple needs that require support from many other disciplines. Under One Roof solves this problem by employing a therapeutically integrated collaborative approach (TICA). We work together as a team of experts providing assessments, medical treatment, therapy for children, adolescents, and adults and parent coaching. We are like-minded individuals in that we take our work seriously, but find humor and joy in the work we do. Under One Roof acknowledges that there are limitations to the knowledge base of any individual and by collaborating, consulting (both formally and informally) and listening to what others have to say, we can deliver superior attention and services to individuals and families in need.
