Introduction

I am a First Generation Vietnamese-American. I grew up in a household with traditional Vietnamese parents who taught me the importance of rituals, family, & strong values. I struggled with cultural & generational differences and I learned ways to embrace my two worlds & improve on my relationship with my family members, while still staying true to myself. I encourage you to utilize the meditation corner before/after our sessions. The relationship between your mind, body & soul is key to your healing and is crucial to gain freedom form suffering (whatever that may be). I am a First Generation Vietnamese-American.
