I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the treatment of OCD, anxiety-related conditions (e.g., panic, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, specific phobias, agoraphobia) and anxiety arising in the context of high-pressure careers, academia, and general life stressors. I have extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I provide teletherapy to clients residing in the states of Massachusetts and New York, and I work both with adults and adolescents (over the age of 14). I take an integrative and personalized treatment approach that can fit my client’s individual needs. I value warmth, collaboration, and empathy above all; but you can also trust me to hold you accountable to making the changes you desire to achieve the life you deserve. I have a rich cultural background having lived and studied across the world, and strongly believe that mental health does not exist in a vacuum. I strive to take a holistic approach in treatment, by examining the role of various psychosocial, environmental, physiological, cultural, and spiritual factors at play. I have dedicated the past 16 years to studying the art and science of psychological research and practice. I hold master's degrees in Organizational Psychology and Brain Sciences from the UK, and I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. I completed my clinical residency, and postdoctoral fellowship and specialization training in OCD and anxiety-related conditions, at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
