I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 13 years of experience working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship/family issues. I view the client/therapist relationship as an equal one - you are the expert on you, I am here to help guide you, give you support, and lead you to your strengths. The process of finding the right therapist and getting started can be overwhelming. My goal is to make this process as seamless as possible for you, from online scheduling and client portal access to complete all initial paperwork; your first appointment is only a few clicks away.
