Welcome to my page and practice. I have been in practice for more that 35 years working with children, adolescents and their families. I see children and teens as puzzles. Sometimes the pieces fit perfectly together and other times it is necessary to work hard to find the missing piece. I hold two doctoral degrees (Special Education and Clinical Psychology). I have completed advanced training in neuropsychology cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure with response prevention and CBIT. I see children and teens with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, tic disorders, OCD, and trauma. I also see children/teens from divorced families to help them to find their voices. I conduct neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations. In addition, I administer admissions tests for all Washington area Independent schools. I am licensed in both Maryland and Washington, DC and I am a member of Psypact which allows me to see clients virtually in other Psypact states. At the present time, I am seeing clients virtually.
