I am a therapist passionate about therapy being accessible to anyone who wants to pursue it. I believe therapy can help us better understand ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Our environments and culture profoundly impact us, and sometimes understanding ourselves means unpacking that impact. I am an LGBTQ+ friendly and disability affirming therapist that works with young adults and adults. I work with individuals that have experienced medical trauma, chronic illness, ADHD, Autism, Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injury, stroke survivors, anxiety, mood disorders, and psychosis. I work from a disability justice framework. I am certified in Motivational Interviewing, but take an eclectic approach that includes SE, ACT, narrative therapy, and solutions-focused therapy. I pull from systems theory, abolitionist, and decolonizing philosophies. I consider the role of a helper to be a great honor and privilege, and would be happy to connect to see if we are good fit. The best way to reach me is by emailing me through this website.
