I am most passionate about working with adults who want to build self-acceptance, heal traumatic stress, and establish a foundation for healthy relationships. I offer a grounding and non-judgmental space to explore new perspectives on the parts of your life where you would like to see change. While I am committed to compassionately challenging you where you have room to grow, my ultimate goal is to help you connect with your own wisdom about what kind of change is right for you. I will offer instruction on how to build self-compassion to move through relational trauma and establish the boundaries of where you stop, and others begin. I am sex-positive and passionate about providing care to the LGBTQ+ and ethically non-monogamous communities, and hope to provide a shared understanding of what it is like to live with these identities. I have been working with individuals of all ages in a community clinic setting since 2020, and have four years of prior experience as a crisis advocate for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. I am an Internal Family Systems therapist (Level 1 Trained), and I emphasize somatic techniques in this approach to help you find healing.
