Introduction

Hello, I am a Clinical Psychologist with 10+ years of experience providing Individual, Family & Group Therapy services. I originally got started in the social service field in the circa 2000s providing support to young BIPOC adults navigating their ethnic/cultural identities, survivors of Intimate Partner Violence or Domestic Violence, processing intergenerational trauma, identifying harm reduction and improving their academic achievement. Over time I have had the honor to support clients with diverse Gender & Sexual identities, helped explore ways to adjust to Chronic Medical Conditions and identified ways people can practice their spirituality and/or faith in non-harmful ways. If you are looking to feel more aligned and authentic in your identities and want someone to listen and go along this journey with you, I am here.
