I believe good counseling starts with developing an authentic relationship based on trust and genuine caring. I think of our work as sitting side by side at a large table. Whatever problems, memories or feelings you put on the table, it's my job to help you examine them, gain insight, and understand patterns and connections. Together we will help you develop a more integrated story and healthier ways of coping and relating. This kind of collaborative counseling is work I love and I look forward to starting the process with you.
