Most of us find ourselves in need of reflection at different points in our lives. My perspective is trauma-informed and culturally-humble as trauma, disconnection, and cultural stress can have varying degrees of impact on us. My approach is rooted in Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Feminist frameworks, while also integrating Polyvagal and Psychodynamic perspectives and techniques.
