Based on client needs and treatment goals, I use approaches such as cognitive behavioral and solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing and/or mindfulness. My focus is providing effective outpatient psychological care to adults struggling with addiction, depression/anxiety, relationship difficulties, and/or life transition/self-esteem issues.
