Introduction

I have always had a passion for helping others and have enjoyed that role in medical, school, and outpatient settings. With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, I have had the privilege of witnessing the growth and healing that comes with a collaborative and safe therapeutic relationship with individuals and families. While I specialize in treating anxiety and trauma in adults, I thoroughly enjoy meeting my clients where they are and whatever they are faced with. My practice is rooted in neuroscience and an understanding of how change happens at a physiological level. Many of my clients appreciate the balance in our work of identifying short-term coping strategies while also exploring the root of their discomfort and cultivating long-lasting healing. Currently, I am only seeing clients via Telehealth who reside in the state of Colorado, Texas, and Maryland. I offer clinical supervision in the state of Colorado.
