WHO I WORK WITH I am passionate about empowering people to address their traumas and limiting fears. I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, loneliness, and challenges in their relationships. I support people as they either begin or continue their journey of healing, which includes teaching the concepts of self-love, self-acceptance, and self-forgiveness. I also work with couples navigating through communication disconnects or unhealthy patterns. My ideal client is someone who is looking for a safe space to confront fears and unhealthy core beliefs that may be holding them back from tapping into their strengths, healing, and potential growth. They may have adopted a narrative that is self-critical and disempowering. It takes a lot of courage to face your pain and fears, and the memories you don’t want to revisit. Your openness and curiosity are essential to your journey. *** WHY I LOVE THIS WORK To sit with a person or a couple who are ready to share, explore their struggles, and discover more in order to heal parts of themselves is an honor. I am always in awe of how people share so honestly, vulnerably, and openly with me. Providing a safe space and active, reflective, and compassionate listening to someone's story is my sacred work. To be a companion and witness parts of my client’s journey, whether challenging or joyful, while helping my clients to not feel so alone and seen for their strengths and gifts they possess, gives me deep meaning and purpose.
