Introduction

Therapy can support your navigation through the relationships that exist in your life; the ones you have with others and the one you have with yourself. I approach therapy from a psychodynamic and ACT framework aiming to identify and explore both behavior and thought patterns. I believe in the power of awareness and in the ability to change one’s behavior and life trajectory. I provide individual and couples therapy as well as parenting support. Through parenting support I assist in the navigation of parenting with childhood trauma, being a cycle breaking parent, as well as teaching emotional awareness and self-empowerment in our children. The journey to creating awareness and change is guided through a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together we will establish a trusting space to address experienced challenges. *I offer a sliding scale and can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement. *
