My main interest lies in healing the brain, mind, and body from trauma. Advanced trainings in EMDR and trauma-focused psychotherapies equip me to enable survivors of traumatic experiences to find relief from manifold symptoms. These often co-exist with other mental health issues, and I carefully blend trauma-informed care with traditional therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs.
