My passion is providing individuals with the tools and skills to obtain a balance life. I enjoy assisting clients with developing healthy coping strategies to deal with life's difficult situations. With a nonjudgmental and practical approach to therapy, I will meet the client where they are on their journey. I work with clients to help them address concerns related to anxiety, depression, anger management, relational issues, and stress management. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families struggling to overcome mental health issues. Some of the treatment approaches I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
