Introduction

I am licensed in Alabama with 15 years of professional counseling experience. In addition to counseling those who suffer from anxiety, depression, and anger issues, I am experienced in helping clients to cope with grief and bereavement. I have personal and professional experience with the loss of loved ones and recognize the journey that is before you for healing. My goal is to help you move from hurt to healing to hope. Grief comes from the loss of a loved one and also from the loss of employment, physical health, pets, and a marriage. The grieving is the same regardless to the cause of your grief. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I look forward to helping you through your journey.
