Introduction

I provide therapy services to those in Washington, DC and any PSYPACT-participating state (via telehealth). I specialize in anxiety, family-of-origin concerns, perfectionism, and sport psychology - most folks that I work with are young adults who are doing well academically or career-wise, but struggle personally with general dissatisfaction, relationships, anxiety, or self-worth issues.
