Introduction

My priority as your therapist is to help you achieve your therapeutic goals as quickly and completely as possible! I work with clients of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, low self-esteem, relational challenges, life transitions, and family conflict. By taking a trauma-informed approach, I help clients cultivate their capacity to heal from the past, learn new ways to handle triggers in the present, and utilize their strengths to effectively manage stressors in the future.
