Introduction

I understand there are many options when it comes to finding a therapist, and I appreciate you taking the time to see if Resilient Roots is the right fit for you. My mission is to empower families and individuals by fostering resilience and nurturing mental well-being. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services that strengthen the roots of personal and familial resilience. Through personalized care, education, and support, I strive to build a community where everyone can thrive emotionally, mentally, and socially. My commitment is to be a trusted partner for parents and families, helping them navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the owner of Resilient Roots Behavioral Health, with 12 years of experience working with individuals and families ranging from ages 2 to 60. Understanding that family life is complex, I specialize in helping children, parents, and families navigate the parent-child relationship through various stages of development and change. My goal is to assist you or your child in making the best choices during challenging times, providing support and guidance to foster resilience and well-being. If you choose to work with me, our sessions will focus on recognizing, understanding, and addressing your concerns. At Resilience Roots Behavioral Health, the primary goal of therapy is to facilitate sustainable changes that build healthy habits, empowering you to move forward as your best self. Therapy is not meant to be indefinite; instead, I aim to equip you with the tools and confidence to progress independently. We all have a legacy that shapes our path, often without us realizing it. Give me a call so we can discuss how working together might benefit you, helping you gain awareness and control over your journey.
