Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people all with unique challenges and strengths. This experience has deepened my understanding of human diversity and strengthened my ability to adapt therapy to each person’s specific needs. Through my work, I have gained understanding on the importance of safety whether in relationships with ourself, our partners, our friends, our children, work or the greater community.
