Along with my clinical skills, I offer empathetic support and guidance to help you with life’s challenges and wounds. My therapy skills aim to increase self-awareness, enhance internal strength and reduce stress, fear, and suffering. My clinical approach utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, transpersonal psychology of psychosynthesis, trauma informed practices, somatic awareness, creativity and spiritual inquiry. Anxiety has many origins, stemming from uncertainty, childhood trauma, career direction, relationships, fear of loss and change. I can help you navigate these human challenges and find your compass so you can move your life forward. With the development of inner tools you can learn to make the wisest choices and be your best self. My many years of clinical experience has addressed issues of depression, anxiety, loss, grief, trauma, PTSD, post-traumatic growth, ADHD and substance use disorders.
