Introduction

Are you struggling with intrusive thoughts that are distressing, disturbing, or confusing and you're noticing that getting rid of these thoughts are very difficult, despite your many efforts? You may be struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder. OCD is one of the most misdiagnosed mental illnesses and can also be one of the most debilitating. This is why I've devoted my practice to understanding and effectively treating OCD. OCD is much bigger than handwashing and straightening pictures on the wall. Sometimes we need a safe space to let our emotions and thoughts out freely and without fear of judgment. It is a personal goal of mine as a therapist to ensure that you feel comfortable being yourself, just as you are. I strive to make each one of my clients feel fully accepted and emotionally safe to talk about what may be difficult in their lives.
