Introduction

Hi! I'm Victoria. I believe counselors should be free of judgment and open to each person that steps into their office. I provide that to each person I see, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, or socioeconomic status. You are an individual, just as your life is one that only you have lived. I want to help you find meaning and purpose in your life through holistic and whole-hearted approaches. Whether you’re looking to tackle some unresolved issues from your past, work through a difficult adjustment period, or would just like to discover more about the person you are and want to be, I am here to support your journey. I use a wide range of techniques in my daily work, but mainly focus on an integrative approach using acceptance and commitment theory, feminist theory, and person-centered approaches. I believe in working to understand you as you are, have been, and would like to be. I want to work with you to find what works best for your needs. Getting to know your therapist and having a positive working relationship with them is a key part of the therapeutic process. Let’s get to know each other and make sure it’s a good fit through a consultation call. Therapy is built on connection, so let’s connect.
