Balancing life, work, relationships, and other stressors can take a toll on our mental health and wellbeing. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual, and integrate a holistic approach in my work. Throughout my time in the field, I’ve worked with women who struggle with anxiety disorders, lack of boundaries, life transitions, relationship troubles, and other stressors. As a clinician with anxiety and ADHD, I strive to foster validation and safety in the therapeutic experience. My role is to listen without judgment, cheer on your accomplishments, and provide a space to be your most authentic self. I utilize various modalities based on individual needs and outlined goals.
