Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Self Esteem, College Mental Health, Burnout,
Insurance: BlueCross and BlueShield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross

Introduction

I specialize in working with young adults and adolescents to help them recognize their strengths from within and free themselves of negative and anxious thoughts. With a varied set of tools in my toolbox, we can learn to tolerate distress in the moment, communicate effectively with others, live mindfully in the present, challenge negative thoughts, focus on reality versus anxious "what if's" about the future, and increase confidence to utilize these tools. I find it important to focus on what IS in your control as that is where we can make changes.
