Introduction

I believe that everybody deserves to feel good. I also believe that we all are capable of feeling good but sometimes we just forget how. I show you ways to bring back what belongs to you: mental well-being, clarity, emotional stability, physical health, and a high-quality life. So that you can be you again. My work is solution oriented, empowering and evidence based. I consider myself a light-hearted therapist who offers a welcoming space for her clients. I want to make your therapy a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience. I love having fun with my clients, yet welcome tears as you explore most sensitive topics. I work with the latest therapeutic modalities of change and integrate mindfulness-based components into my therapy sessions. I am honored to have an extensive training in: IFS - Internal Family Systems EMDR Trauma Therapy Mindfulness-based psychotherapy CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Living in different parts of the world gave me the chance to learn various languages such as English, German, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish. I was born and raised in Ukraine, graduated with a master’s degree in psychology from the University in Germany and acquired my license in counseling in the United States.
