At some point in our lives we become stuck. It can look like depression, anxiety, fear or sadness. Working together providing brief therapy, or deeper understanding, for continuous change and support of issues, re-focusing on feeling joyful and fulfilled with issue relief. As a licensed psychotherapist I’m trained to listen to you in an unbiased, empathetic and therapeutic way to provide direction and treatment to help you thrive. I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy which has been proven to help with depression, anxiety, PTSD and more. I offer high quality psychotherapy services to help you focus on symptom relief whether that's depression relief, understanding and stopping anxiety before it takes hold of your body and mind, supporting you through an overwhelmingly stressful time or setting specific goals you come in with to promote healing and peace, I can be your support and confidant.
