Introduction

I'm a relational and psychodynamic therapist with 9 years of clinical experience providing counseling to adults from a wide range of cultural, racial, spiritual, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and identity issues. I'm committed to helping people learn how to use their inner knowledge and intuition to live more powerful and fulfilling lives. I believe everyone is the expert of their own experience and my job is to help you process those experiences, identify your values, and work towards improving your quality of life - on your terms. I'm passionate about equity, justice, and compassion. I've worked as a domestic and sexual violence advocate and counselor, and volunteer in the Syracuse area with crisis response organizations. I'm interested in helping people build connection with others and resilience within themselves.
