Introduction
In therapy I will meet you where you are and help navigate through your current and past challenges. We begin by exploring your history, patterns of behavior, thought processes and relationships that have formed you thus far. Together we will build a therapeutic relationship and begin your path to wholeness. I practice an integrative approach by blending elements from different pathways and disciplines to tailor treatment according to the needs of the client. If you are ready to begin I would love to help. This is a second career for me. I have twenty years of experience as a special education teacher in addition to many years of meeting various life challenges.
