Dr. Pina Delgado earned her PsyD in clinical psychology with a concentration in neuropsychology from Albizu University. She was the chief intern at Jackson Memorial Hospital in the Ryder Trauma Center Neurorehabilitation Unit. Following internship, Dr. Pina Delgado accepted a postdoctoral fellowship with the Center of Cognitive Neuroscience and Aging at the University of Miami - Miller School of Medicine. Following residency, she accepted a faculty position with the University of Miami, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center as an Assistant Professor, Clinical Neuropsychologist. Dr. Pina Delgado primarily worked with cancer patients conducting neuropsychological evaluations as well as providing individual psychotherapy and cognitive re-mediation/rehabilitation. Currently Dr. Pina Delgado works as a Clinical Scientist with Medavante-Prophase and a part time Clinician within her private practice, Vita-Cog Consulting, LLC. In private practice she provides Neuropsychological evaluations, including Disability and Immigration. Furthermore, Dr. Pina Delgado also provides individual psychotherapy as well as MAAT therapy for cancer survivors or patients in current treatment.
