My motivation to become a therapist originated from my personal journey, which involved the realization my choices and lack of healthy coping skills had brought me to a low point in life. I made a decision to change the course of my life, identify and deal with underlying issues, and develop new and healthy coping skills to become the best version of myself. The life you always dreamed of is possible. Healing unresolved hurts and traumas is possible. Developing healthy coping skills to manage mental health symptoms related to anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders is possible. My goal is to walk with you on your journey as you become the best version of yourself.
