Introduction

University Graduate who has been practicing for 29 years. I provided counseling to individuals, both in crisis and long- term. I provide counseling to address stress management, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, domestic violence issues, grief/loss issues, anger management, substance issues with mental health, and co-occurring medical and mental health issues. My focus is on developing a therapeutic alliance to help build a warm and open connection to allow clients to feel comfortable sharing issues that bring them to counseling. I provide active listening. education, and teach skills to help clients better manage their symptoms. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Solution Focus Therapy. I provide work with individuals aged 14 and older. I have a special interest in working with people with co-occurring mental health and medical and/or women's health issues. Currently I accept ESI and Cigna EAP insurances. I also am paneled with a number of health insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare Managed health plans. I offer services Monday through Thursday with availably that can be flexible. I can offer Saturday morning appointment, if needed
