Sometimes our thoughts inhibit our ability to enjoy life and live in the present. How we react to those thoughts is so important, yet for many of us, we rely on strategies that are ineffective at best and harmful at worst. Often, we get stuck in a cyclical pattern of thinking and can feel our anxiety growing. There is a way out of this. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience providing therapy to clients. I specialize in treating obsessive compulsive disorder and other anxiety disorders. I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. You are unique and so is your therapeutic experience. You will receive care that is evidence-based, effective, individualized, and collaborative. During treatment, we will develop and review goals together on a consistent basis. We will measure progress and modify our approach if needed.
