I am skilled and experienced in working with men, women, youth, and adolescents on a wide variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-image and self-esteem, anger management, stress management, autism spectrum disorder, mental health and substance use disorder, trauma, couples, family conflict, and marital problems. I use Motivational Interviewing techniques to actively listen to concerns and then utilize theoretical approaches and modalities from DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. My approach consists of building a therapeutic alliance with clients, establishing trust to ensure client feels safe and comfortable during I am humble, trustworthy, and nonjudgmental meeting clients where they are in their healing. I like to picture it as “I am the coach, the client the player, and together we’ll create a playbook together to get the win.”
