Introduction

Dr. Mishanec provides virtual and in-person individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as ADHD and Autism assessment. Dr. Mishanec believes every individual comes with a community and a cultural identification existing within the context of greater society. Through an emotion focused and family systems lens, they enjoy listening to and collaborating with individuals, couples, and families to therapeutically address each of these layers. Focus on gaining greater awareness of emotions and the relationship to self and others is encouraged with the purpose of integrating the different parts of self we all experience and connecting to natural supports that exist within our environments. Their hope for those who choose to invest in their individualized therapeutic journey is that they feel grounded in their greater sense of connection to their self, others, and the world around them. *Neuropsychological and adult autism assessments will be available beginning Fall 2024.* Aetna, Cigna, and BCBS MA is currently accepted. Additional insurances will be accepted as the credentialing process is completed. **Dr. Mishanec may provide fees on a sliding scale for students, those experiencing temporary unemployment, financial hardship, etc. Please schedule a free consultation to inquire. **
