I've been providing counseling services since 2014, and I specialize in a wide variety of evidenced based treatment methods that can assist with many human conditions. As a credentialed substance abuse counselor, a licensed mental health therapist, and a human service board certified practitioner with knowledge and expertise in both human psychology and sociology, as well as grief, integrative medicine, and trauma, I understand how to assist you with the care you need to improve your overall levels of functioning and life satisfaction. If you are willing to put in the work, I'll gladly assist you in the process of achieving your goals in a way that is consistent with your values and beliefs.
