Introduction

As a BIPOC marriage and family therapist, I'm committed to helping people from all walks of life learn how to develop healthier, more authentic relationships with themselves and their loved ones. My work focuses on helping people heal from the traumas that prevent them from embracing el gozo que es (the joy that is) self-love. I support my clients in achieving their personal goals through the integration of my education and experience using evidence-based techniques, such as ACT, EMDR, and Mindfulness practices. My collaborative and holistic approach helps my clients cultivate the courage and strength necessary to develop more authentic connections with themselves and others. I strive to create a therapeutic environment based on mutual respect and understanding, empowering individuals to navigate their journeys toward healing and self-discovery. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. ***Ofresco servicios en Español***
