I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), in Oregon. I am committed to helping couples and families using Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) which helps couples and family members truly see, hear and understand each other. I am also passionate about therapy using Internal Family Systems (IFS) which focuses on helping individuals obtain relief from old burdens.
