Introduction

Hello! I am Whitnee Willrich, a therapist and school counselor dedicated to helping individuals, teens, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I was drawn to this work through my experience supporting students and families in the school setting, where I saw firsthand how much people carry—and how powerful it can be to have a safe space to be heard and supported. My clinical work focuses on anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and family conflict, including the unique dynamics of blended families. I also have a passion for supporting teens through academic and social stress, helping them build confidence, emotional insight, and healthy communication skills. In therapy, I offer a space where you can feel seen without judgment and supported without pressure. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, I tailor sessions to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work toward greater emotional balance, self-awareness, and meaningful connection—with yourself and others.
