Introduction

Hi, I'm Whitney from Whitney B. Therapy I started in this field because I hated to see people hurt. Soon after, I realized that hurting was a part of the process. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and I am an LMFT-Associate in Texas. I am currently supervised by Diana Walla, M.S., LPC-S, LMFT-S. I love to work with women and couples of all ages and support and guide them on their journey of unpacking emotional baggage they carried around for way too long. I believe people are nuanced. We screw up and get things right. We are happy, sad, friendly, and sometimes even petty. I believe therapy is the same way. Therapy sessions may contain laughter, crying, sadness, anger, joy, and definitely challenges. The point is, therapy is a journey worth taking. One of the things that make therapists unique is how they bring who they are to therapy. I take my perspective, knowledge, training, humor, and life experiences to therapy to foster a safe environment to explore and experience emotions that have been draining you from the inside out. I hope to help you take off the weights piled on by life that have been holding you down for way too long. I encourage you to take the first step on your path to healing and book a free phone consultation with me.
