Introduction

My deep compassion for people and genuine curiosity may be what you are looking for in a therapist. I help guide my client's through the process of exploring their emotions, shame, and behaviors that are keeping us stuck. I believe you already hold the power and abilities to make a change in your life and it is my job to help you uncover it. If you are ready for something new in your life I may be a great therapist for you! My approach to the different intersections of my client's lives is always with an intuitive and curious attitude. I remain open to seeking out all possible avenues for treatment. Clients often seek my help because I am a: LBGTQ+ affirming therapist, us a CBT and mindfulness-based approach with anxiety, and can help normalize some of your thoughts or actions.
