Introduction

I bring compassionate, trauma-informed care to teens 16+, adults, and seniors. Specializing in guiding clients through challenges like depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, eating disorders, and chronic pain. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and currently completing clinical hours toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My approach is all about meeting clients where they are, using an integrated, personalized mix of Person-Centered, DBT, and Somatic Therapy.
