Develop Behaviors and Understanding that help: Resolve childhood abandonment Increase focus and attention Facilitate depth in relationships Manage intense and often overwhelming feelings Approach I utilize Existential, Relational, and Attachment based theoretical models. In a session you can expect me to provide feedback often. We will: Explore formative experiences and unconscious beliefs Build understanding of maladaptive thoughts/behaviors Construct new ones Move towards change Beliefs Thriving requires meaningful connections to passions, work, purpose, and community. Lacking these results in increased anxiety, low energy/mood, distractibility, self-loathing, inner conflict, relational issues, and seeking aliveness through temporary "stimulants". By shifting your internal paradigm we remove blocks to your ability to engage and access these things.
