Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire with over seventeen years of experience treating patients and clients who struggle with mental health barriers. I have specialized training treating personality disorders including borderline personality disorder and narcissism. I also provide therapeutic interventions to address areas of depression, anxiety, anger management, and trauma. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Restructuring for PTSD. When I am not working as a clinician, I am an adjunct professor teaching psychology courses. My teaching experience spans two decades.
