Introduction

Look, self-care is hard. So is talking to a random guy about your feelings. I'm not going to claim to have the answers, but we'll work together and I'll meet you where you are. Life is full of stressors and we can tackle them regardless of size. I recognize that even a lot of "small" issues can add up and cause significant distress. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and utilize a strengths based perspective. I also offer EMDR. I specialize in adults, teens, and the LGBT population. I also enjoy working with athletes and can help manage the stressors that come with being a student athlete. The road won’t be easy, but you also won’t have to travel it alone. I value working with clients experiencing a myriad of emotional struggles & aiding them through these stages of their lives. Anxiety, anger, stress, & depression may be very common issues, but they can also be very debilitating and the impact of them is very real. I am here to help. When you are going through difficult times, self-care is a necessary aspect of your mental health journey, but feels impossible when you are being hit by wave after wave of stress & struggles. You do not have to go through this alone. Let me help guide you through this.
