William is a mental health professional committed to the well-being and care of all his clients. His approach to therapy is rooted in deep, active listening and a belief that meaningful support must be specific to each individual. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) through a person-centered lens, William creates a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, valued, and respected. He understands that no two individuals are alike—and that effective mental health care must reflect the unique needs, identities, and experiences each person brings. He is especially attuned to the impact of contemporary social and cultural dynamics on mental health and welcomes these complexities into the therapeutic space. With experience working across a wide range of ages and backgrounds, William prioritizes the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of meaningful work. He invites clients to guide their own process, collaborating with them to determine the most helpful path forward—never imposing, but always supporting. William is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at NYU Steinhardt’s School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. His studies focus on counseling skills, cultural humility, and the refinement of clinical interventions. He looks forward to integrating this knowledge into his practice as he continues to grow as a clinician.
