Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with four years of therapy experience as well as over 25 years of experience mentoring and supporting people living with: trauma and dissociation; disability and neurodivergence; and LGBTQIA+ identity. I provide a strengths-based approach to healing, and have skills and knowledge in working with trauma, child abuse, domestic abuse and sexual violence, dissociation, oppression, and stress. I am also trained in EMDR and have been studying mindfulness for over 25 years.
