I’ve seen firsthand how this approach can help individuals navigate life's challenges with more balance and clarity. Working with children, particularly those with ADHD and ASD, is a passion of mine. I understand that each child is unique, and I take great care in adjusting my methods to meet their specific needs. For children with ADHD, I focus on strategies that help improve focus and emotional regulation, while also providing tools for parents to create a supportive environment at home. With children on the autism spectrum, I use techniques that support sensory processing, build social and communication skills, and foster a sense of safety and stability. From childhood to adulthood, trauma can have a lasting impact on emotional regulation and brain balance. The way we process and respond to stress, past experiences, and challenges shapes how we navigate the world. By focusing on healing and developing emotional regulation skills, we can support the brain in rewiring itself, fostering balance, resilience, and healthier ways of coping, no matter what stage of life we’re in. Through my work, I aim to create a space where children and their families can thrive, not just survive.
