I support adults and couples on a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and unhealthy patterns of behavior. Using a trauma-informed approach, I integrate elements from multiple therapeutic orientations, including psychodynamic, attachment, and strengths-based therapy. Working from the strength of our trust-based therapeutic relationship, I help clients heal from the impacts of everyday stress, the pandemic, and intergenerational trauma. We will work collaboratively at your pace to help you gain insight, find self-acceptance, and feel more fulfilled in your life and relationships.
